What the monthly offer describes

• $4.99 USD each month for one selected U.S. ZIP code.
• One planned ZIP briefing each day about power-grid conditions, local weather, regional fuel trends, mortgage-rate movement, and local news.
• A planned limit of up to 12 serious-event alerts per day, with no more than one alert in the same category every five minutes.
• Email is the intended delivery method for briefings and alerts. Email delivery is not operating, and no delivery time or successful arrival is promised.

One ZIP per subscription is the offer’s configured scope. It does not mean every ZIP is covered. Patchsignal has no verified ZIP-to-service-area mapping configured now, so no ZIP is currently confirmed for live local coverage. Topics and alert limits describe the planned offer, not a live information service.

How access is supposed to be confirmed

A buyer must sign in with the same Patchsignal account used for the purchase and verify that account’s email. Paid library content opens only after Patchsignal confirms both a successful Patchsignal purchase and that the purchase belongs to that verified buyer account and this Patchsignal offer.

A page shown after checkout is not proof that payment succeeded. A payment amount by itself is not enough to open the library. Right now, Patchsignal cannot match a confirmed payment to both the verified buyer and this offer. The access check therefore keeps paid content locked for every account, including accounts with a verified email.
