How to ask

Open the Patchsignal help form and choose the billing or refund option. Tell us which account you used and include the charge date and a transaction reference if you have one. Do not include a full card number, security code, or bank password.

If checkout did not confirm payment or your library is still locked, sign in to the verified purchaser account and check the Patchsignal library, then use the help form. A checkout return alone does not prove that payment or access was confirmed.

What a request means

Sending a request confirms only that the request was received. It does not confirm that a refund is approved, that money will be returned, or when a decision or payment will happen.

Patchsignal has not published refund eligibility, refund timing, cancellation steps, or refund processing terms. We cannot promise those details. The current access limit and planned service status are explained on the access page.
